Supply & operation profile will be for the people who has prior experience in post sales profile in any B2C travel company. The person will handle the after sales profile who will coordinate with customers for payments, final voucher handovers, supplier coordination, negotiations & on ground customer handling & after sales feedbacks. Also responsible for new supplier on boarding, negotiations with the vendors, finding new vendors & good relations with all the stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Travel company (B2C & B2B)
- Had prior knowledge on vendor management, vendor coordination, negotiations & on boarding new vendors.
- Good command over English & regional language.
- Depth Knowledge of Domestic & international destinations, Itineraries & pricing.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Multitasking & Time management.
- Able to upsale products by suggesting extra inclusions to the customers
- Ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas.
Min qualification is graduation in any stream. Travel & tourism mgmt. graduate/post graduate are preferred.
